My biological father has ruined my life from the day I was born and even now, at the age of twenty he still manages to succeed in me being a wreck. After almost ten years of no contact we recently started talking again and it just seems that history is repeating itself and I&#8217;m back in the mental state I never wanted to return to and he can&#8217;t grasp that he&#8217;s the one making me this way.
